Office Accessories
The supporting cast of office accessories - monitor arms, desk screens, cable management, power modules and chair mats.
Furniture gets the glory, but it is the accessories that make a workspace comfortable: the monitor arm that puts the screen at eye level, the cable spine that ends the under-desk spaghetti, the acoustic panel that takes the edge off a lively sales team.
This section gathers all the office accessories - ergonomic aids, power and cable management, screens and partitions, boards and presentation kit, right through to bins, planters and signage. Individually small, collectively the difference between an office and a room with desks in it.
Frequently asked questions
What counts as an office accessory?
The things that make the furniture work rather than the furniture itself: cable management, desk screens, monitor arms, power and data modules, whiteboards, chair mats and acoustic panels. 66 of them, from £5.
Will these fit the desks I already have?
Some will and some will not, and the product page says which. Universal items like monitor arms, chair mats and freestanding screens go with anything. Cable trays, cartridges and brackets are often cut for one range, so the page names the range they belong to. If you are matching to something you already own, measure it and check against the specification tab rather than going by the photograph.
What is worth ordering at the same time as the furniture?
Cable management and screens. Both get fitted or positioned while the desks are being built, so ordering them together means one visit instead of two and one set of holes rather than a compromise later. Power modules are the same: the cut-out has to be made before the top is packed.
What actually tidies an open-plan office?
Cable management first, because trailing leads are what make a floor look neglected and are the thing people trip on. Desk screens second, for the noise and the sightlines. Acoustic panels after that, if the room still rings.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is free on everything, and most of it lands inside a week. Express delivery is offered on much of the range, priced per item on the product page, and gets an order to you within two working days if you place it before 5pm. Twenty of the 66 products here are made to order rather than stocked, and those take 10 to 15 working days. The product page says which, and shows the date it will arrive by before you pay.
Do you offer installation?
Yes, on 36 of the 66 products here. The crew deliver it, build it, put it where you want it and take the packaging away. It starts at £25.95 an item and the exact price is on each product page. Installs usually happen within about 10 working days, and the team agree the day with you rather than simply turning up.
Does it come assembled?
Most of it arrives flat-packed, with the instructions and fittings in the box. If you would rather not build it, pre-assembled delivery and installation are offered on much of the range and priced per item on the product page.
What warranty does it come with?
Guarantees across this category run from 1 to 25 years, depending on the product and the part, and the figure is on every product page. Structure, mechanism, electrics, and fabric and foam are often covered for different lengths of time. If something fails inside the warranty, report it from your order page and we deal with the manufacturer for you.
Can I see it in 3D?
Fourteen of the 66 products in this category have a 3D model on the page rather than only photographs. The viewer spins the actual model, and changing a colour or a size on the page changes the model with it, which is worth doing before committing a whole room to a finish.
Can I change my mind after ordering?
On stocked items, yes: tell us within 14 days of receiving them and raise it from your order page, with the goods unused and back in their packaging. Twenty of the 66 products here are made to order, though, and those cannot be cancelled once acknowledged or returned because you have changed your mind. Each product page says which it is before you buy.
Can you quote for a whole office?
Yes. For twenty items or more, or anything with a complication like a mezzanine or a lift that argues back, we plan the job and give you one quote covering the goods, delivery and installation. Ring 0208 138 0512 or email [email protected] with a rough list or a floor plan.
