The printed day grid lays a full month out in cells of 9.6 x 9.8cm, each one big enough for a rota entry, a deadline, a delivery or a job number written legibly rather than crammed. Alongside the month itself sits an overview column for the next month, so the plan always looks one step further ahead than today. Deadlines, holidays, shifts and project milestones all live in one place, visible from across the room, which is precisely what a shared plan is for.

Magnetic, dry-wipe and built to be used daily

The writing surface is lacquered steel: it wipes clean for the next month's plan and holds magnets, so job cards and notes can sit right on the day they belong to.     Useful planner, fixed layout

    The monthly grid saves drawing it out every time, which is the whole point. Wipes clean. Obvious downside is you are stuck with their layout, so check it suits how you plan.
