Delivery without the drama.

Pick how much lifting you fancy.
Free delivery
Flat-packed to your door, anywhere in the UK, usually inside a week. It costs nothing, whatever the size of the order.
Express delivery
In a hurry? Order before 5pm and most core items can be with you within two working days. Pick the express option at checkout.
Pre-assembled
Arrives already built. The crew bring it in, you point at the spot, and the flat-pack stays a rumour. Often free, always priced on the page.
Full installation
Delivered, assembled and positioned exactly where it's needed by our trained installation teams. The right call for desk banks, storage walls and whole offices.
The date is on the page
Tell the crew how to find you.
Worth putting in it
Where a lorry can get in, and where it can park. Which floor you are on and whether there is a lift. Loading bay hours, a gate code, a barrier, a one-way system the satnav has never heard of. And who to ask for when they arrive.
What it saves
A failed delivery costs from £10 an item, plus storage if the order has to go back to a warehouse. A gate code in the box costs nothing.
It belongs to that order
The note is attached to the delivery you are paying for rather than saved against your address, so ordering again next month starts with an empty box. That is deliberate: you are not still waiting in on a Tuesday six months later.
If something changes
It cannot be edited once the order is placed, and it does not appear on your order page afterwards. Ring 0208 138 0512 with your order number and we will get the message to the crew.
What happens after you click Buy.
Order confirmed
A confirmation email arrives as soon as you order. Signed in, your orders list shows where things stand. No account? Use Track Order with your order number and delivery postcode and you get the same page.
Dispatched and tracked
When your order goes out we send a dispatch email. If the carrier gives us a link, it is in that message. On many deliveries you can follow progress on deskwell.co.uk too: a timeline, the delivery window, and once the van is out, a map showing where the crew last reported.
Delivery, arranged
Larger deliveries and installations still get a call from our logistics team first, so the van arrives when it suits you rather than when it suits the van. While the van is on its round you may also see how many drops are left before yours and when the position was last refreshed. That comes from the courier and can lag a little, and not every carrier shows a map.
Installation
Or don't lift a finger at all.

Kitting out a whole office?
Out with the old. Literally.
Questions people actually ask.
Is delivery really free?+
Yes. Every product has a free delivery option, whatever you spend and wherever in the UK you are. Express, pre-assembled and installation options cost extra, and each price sits on the product page next to the thing it applies to.
How long will my order take?+
Standard delivery usually lands inside a week, and made-to-order pieces take 10 to 15 working days. You'll see the delivered-by date on the product page before you order. No guessing involved.
Can I get it tomorrow?+
Honestly? No. Express is quick, but not tomorrow quick: order before 5pm and most core items arrive within two working days. If express isn't offered on a product, the option simply won't appear, so there's no way to pay for speed we can't deliver.
Do you deliver to remote areas?+
We deliver across the whole of the UK, remote corners included. Bulky furniture is our carriers' day job. For installations in the Highlands, Islands or Ireland we quote individually, so get in touch before you order.
Can I tell the driver how to get in?+
Yes. There is a box on the delivery step at checkout, up to 500 characters, for access, parking, which floor you are on, the lift, gate codes, loading bay hours and who to ask for. It goes out with the order, so the crew get it and not just us. It belongs to that delivery, is not saved against your address, and cannot be changed once you have ordered, so ring 0208 138 0512 if something moves.
How do I track my order?+
You get a confirmation email when you order. When it is dispatched we send another, with a tracking link if the carrier gives us one. Open Track Order with your order number and delivery postcode, or sign in and open the order from your account. On many deliveries that page is the tracking: timeline, delivery window or ETA, and on the day a map if the carrier feed supports it. Bigger deliveries and installs get a call from our team to agree a day.
What should I check when it arrives?+
Give everything a look over while the driver is there. If anything is damaged or missing, note it on the delivery paperwork and tell us within 5 days. We'll put it right.
The small print, in plain English.
Delivery dates are honest estimates. We set them so we can keep them, but genuine hold-ups do happen, and when one does we'll tell you straight away. If a delay ever stretches past six weeks, you can set us a 28-day deadline and cancel if we miss it.
Big orders sometimes arrive in more than one delivery. A late part doesn't cancel the rest, and the rest doesn't wait for it.
Check your order while the driver is there. Damage or missing boxes should be noted on the delivery paperwork and reported to us in writing within 5 days.
If something is on your invoice but never reaches your door, tell us within 5 days so we can chase the carrier while the trail is warm.
If we've agreed a delivery day and nobody is in, a failed-delivery charge applies (from £10 an item), plus storage if your order has to sit in the warehouse. Anything that helps the crew get in - a gate code, a loading bay time, which floor you are on and whether there is a lift - goes in the delivery instructions box at checkout.
None of this affects your statutory rights. The long version lives in our terms and conditions, and we're happy to translate any of it.
Sorted. Now, about that new office.
