Office Chairs with Headrest
High back chairs with the headrest included or offered as an option, plus the replacement headrests that bolt onto the chair already under you.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a headrest?
It helps if you recline, if you take a lot of calls, or if you are tall enough that a standard back stops at your shoulder blades. Sitting upright at a keyboard all day, you will barely touch it. It is a genuine comfort feature rather than a posture one.
What is in this collection?
23 listings from £16: high back chairs with the headrest included or offered as an option, plus replacement headrests that bolt onto a chair already under you.
Can I add one to my existing chair?
Sometimes. The replacement headrests here fit specific ranges, and the page names them. A headrest needs a mounting point on the backrest, so a chair that never had one usually cannot take one. Photograph the top of your backrest and send it over if you are unsure.
Do they adjust?
Most do, for height, and some also pivot so the angle can be set. A fixed headrest at the wrong height is worse than none, so if the chair will be shared, check for adjustment on the specification tab before ordering.
How is this collection put together?
By hand, against what each product's own specification actually says rather than by a rule that guesses from the name. There are 23 listings in it at the moment, from £16. It is a curated selection rather than an automatic one, so if you think something obvious is missing, tell us and we will look.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is free on everything, and most of it lands inside a week. Express delivery is offered on much of the range, priced per item on the product page, and gets an order to you within two working days if you place it before 5pm. Five of the 23 products here are made to order rather than stocked, and those take 10 to 15 working days. The product page says which, and shows the date it will arrive by before you pay.
Do you offer installation?
Yes, on sixteen of the 23 products here. The crew deliver it, build it, put it where you want it and take the packaging away. Installs usually happen within about 10 working days, and the team agree the day with you rather than simply turning up.
What warranty does it come with?
Each product carries the manufacturer's warranty and the period is stated on that product's page, often broken down by part: the structure for one length of time, the mechanism and the fabric for another. If something fails inside the warranty, report it from your order page and we deal with the manufacturer for you.
Can I see it in 3D?
Eleven of the 23 products in this collection have a 3D model on the page rather than only photographs. The viewer spins the actual model, and changing a colour or a size on the page changes the model with it, which is worth doing before committing a whole room to a finish.
Can I change my mind after ordering?
On stocked items, yes: tell us within 14 days of receiving them and raise it from your order page, with the goods unused and back in their packaging. Five of the 23 products here are made to order, though, and those cannot be cancelled once acknowledged or returned because you have changed your mind. Each product page says which it is before you buy.
Can you quote for a whole office?
Yes. For twenty items or more, or anything with a complication like a mezzanine or a lift that argues back, we plan the job and give you one quote covering the goods, delivery and installation. Ring 0208 138 0512 or email [email protected] with a rough list or a floor plan.
