Gas seat height adjustment, 48cm to 56cm. A wide range that suits shorter and taller users alike, so feet stay flat and thighs level.
Seat slide with a 43.5cm to 48.5cm depth range. Slide the 49cm wide seat forwards or back so longer or shorter legs get full support.
Synchro tilt locking in four positions. Seat and back recline together and lock where you want them, from upright work to a proper lean back.
Weight tension control with anti-shock. Match the recline resistance to your build, with no backrest spring-back when you sit up.
Backrest, headrest and lumbar
Height adjustable high mesh back, 70cm to 81cm. A 45cm wide breathable mesh backrest that raises and lowers to suit your torso.
Depth adjustable lumbar support. Tune how firmly the support presses into your lower back for long periods of sitting.
Height adjustable pivoting headrest. Proper neck support that moves and angles to follow you into the reclined positions.
Armrests and footrest
Multi adjustable armrests, 66cm to 74cm high. Pivoting, sliding arm pads and height adjustment keep shoulders relaxed at desk height, and the arms are removable.
Telescopic footrest extending 19.5cm to 45cm. Pulls out from under the seat for reclined breaks, then tucks away out of sight.

The footrest is the reason I bought it
Pulls out from under the seat and reclines with the back. I use it for reading through contracts and it is genuinely comfortable. Mesh keeps it from getting warm.
