What makes a chair count as teal here?
The upholstery or shell colour you can actually order, taken from each product's own option list rather than from the name. If a product appears here, teal is one of the choices on its page, and in some cases it is one of twenty.
Does teal cost more?
On almost everything here, no. Colour is a choice on the product page at the same price, because these are ranges built to be ordered in any of their colourways. Where a particular colourway does carry a different price, the page shows it before anything goes in the basket.
Can I get the same chair in a different colour?
Usually yes, and that is worth knowing: most of these come in a range of colours and this page is simply the teal cut of it. Open the product and the full colour list is there, so you can compare the teal against the alternatives before deciding.
Will the teal match across different products?
Within one range, yes: the same colourway is the same cloth or the same finish. Across different makers it can vary, even where the name is identical, so if two products have to sit side by side and match exactly, order within one range or check with us first.

Most of this selection is made to order, so allow 10 to 15 working days. Delivery itself is still free. A few lines are stocked and move faster, and every product page shows the date it will arrive by before you pay.
What warranty does it come with?
Each product carries the manufacturer's warranty and the period is stated on that product's page, often broken down by part: the structure for one length of time, the mechanism and the fabric for another. If something fails inside the warranty, report it from your order page and we deal with the manufacturer for you.
Can I see it in 3D?
27 of the 30 products in this selection have a 3D model on the page rather than only photographs. The viewer spins the actual model, and changing a colour or a size on the page changes the model with it, which is worth doing before committing a whole room to a finish.
Can I change my mind after ordering?
On stocked items, yes: tell us within 14 days of receiving them and raise it from your order page, with the goods unused and back in their packaging. Most of this range is made to order, though, and made-to-order goods cannot be cancelled once acknowledged or returned because you have changed your mind. Each product page says which it is before you buy.
