Training Room Tables
Light, mobile training room tables - many with flip-tops and castors - for rooms that teach a different class every hour.
Training rooms live in a state of permanent rearrangement, and training room tables are built for exactly that: lightweight frames on castors, tops that flip vertical at the pull of a lever, and nesting designs that park a whole room's furniture along one wall between courses.
The flip-top is the hero feature - tables convert from in-use to stored in seconds, without tools or lifting, so one person can reset a room in the coffee break. Linkable edges keep classroom rows tidy, and modesty panels are available for the front row's peace of mind.
Frequently asked questions
What makes a training table different?
Layout. These are shaped and sized to be rearranged: rectangles for rows, trapeziums and semi-circles that push into clusters, horseshoes and boardroom sets. 7 here from £48. A training room that can only be set up one way limits the training.
Which shapes should I buy?
A mix. Rectangles do rows and long runs. Trapeziums make clusters and horseshoes without leaving gaps. Semi-circles close the ends of a run. Buying one shape gets you one layout, which is the usual regret.
Are they easy to move?
These are lighter than boardroom tables by design. If the room gets reset between sessions rather than between terms, look at the folding and flip-top category instead, where the tables clear away entirely.
What about laptops and power?
Worth planning before the tables arrive. Where people will work from laptops all day, either run power to the table positions or accept that the layout is fixed by where the sockets are. Our desk power modules can be added to a table top if a cut-out suits.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is free on everything, and most of it lands inside a week. Express delivery is offered on much of the range, priced per item on the product page, and gets an order to you within two working days if you place it before 5pm. Nothing here is made to order, so the lead times are the standard ones.
Do you offer installation?
Yes, on everything here. The crew deliver it, build it, put it where you want it and take the packaging away. It starts at £25.95 an item and the exact price is on each product page. Installs usually happen within about 10 working days, and the team agree the day with you rather than simply turning up.
Does it come assembled?
Most of it arrives flat-packed, with the instructions and fittings in the box. If you would rather not build it, pre-assembled delivery and installation are offered on much of the range and priced per item on the product page.
What warranty does it come with?
Guarantees across this category run to 5 years, depending on the product and the part, and the figure is on every product page. Structure, mechanism, electrics, and fabric and foam are often covered for different lengths of time. If something fails inside the warranty, report it from your order page and we deal with the manufacturer for you.
Can I see it in 3D?
Three of the 7 products in this category have a 3D model on the page rather than only photographs. The viewer spins the actual model, and changing a colour or a size on the page changes the model with it, which is worth doing before committing a whole room to a finish.
Can you quote for a whole office?
Yes. For twenty items or more, or anything with a complication like a mezzanine or a lift that argues back, we plan the job and give you one quote covering the goods, delivery and installation. Ring 0208 138 0512 or email [email protected] with a rough list or a floor plan.
