Mobile, under-desk or desk-high?
A mobile pedestal is on castors and can be pulled out and moved, which suits hot desking. An under-desk pedestal is fixed and tucks away. A desk-high pedestal stands at desktop height and extends the work surface, which is useful at the end of a run. Measure the clearance under your desk before choosing.
Will it fit under my desk?
Check two numbers: the pedestal height against the clearance under your desktop, and the depth against the desk depth so it does not stick out at the back. Widths here are 30cm to 44cm. On narrow desks a pedestal often sits beside rather than underneath, which is fine as long as you planned for it.
Can I order one with the desk instead?
On many of our desks, yes, as an add-on option on the desk page. It is the better route: the finish matches, the fit is right, and it arrives on the same delivery rather than separately.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is free on everything, and most of it lands inside a week. Express delivery is offered on much of the range, priced per item on the product page, and gets an order to you within two working days if you place it before 5pm. Nothing here is made to order, so the lead times are the standard ones.
Do you offer installation?
Yes, on everything here. The crew deliver it, build it, put it where you want it and take the packaging away. It starts at £25.95 an item and the exact price is on each product page. Installs usually happen within about 10 working days, and the team agree the day with you rather than simply turning up.
Does it come assembled?
A good deal of it arrives ready to use rather than flat-packed, which is common on steel products. Where something does need building, the instructions and fittings are in the box, and pre-assembled delivery or installation can be picked at checkout instead.
What warranty does it come with?
