Meeting Room & Boardroom Tables
Meeting room and boardroom tables the big decisions get made at - from four seats to full board.
The meeting table is where the organisation faces itself, and this range covers every scale of that occasion: compact four-seaters for huddles, mid-size tables for project rooms, and full boardroom tables that seat the entire leadership with elbow room to spare.
Shapes - rectangular, barrel, round - manage the room's sightlines and politics, while integrated cable ports and power modules keep the inevitable laptops charged without a gymnastics display under the table. Finishes coordinate with our executive furniture, so the boardroom reads as one considered room.
Frequently asked questions
What size boardroom table do I need?
Allow 60cm to 70cm of edge per person, plus about a metre clear all round for chairs and walking past. A 240cm table seats eight comfortably. Tables here go up to 480cm, and the room, not the table, is usually the constraint.
Which shape should I choose?
Rectangular is the efficient default and gives a head of the table. D-end softens the ends of a long table and is the usual boardroom shape. Barrel widens in the middle so people at the ends can see each other. Round or square suits small meeting rooms and conversations where nobody should be at the head.
Can I get power and data in the table?
Yes, several here take a power and data module as an option on the product page. Specify it at order time and the cut-out is made at the factory, which looks considerably better than a hole drilled on site and an extension lead taped underneath.
Will there be a leg where somebody wants to sit?
That is the question to ask on any table over about 160cm. Post and pedestal bases keep the edge clear; box and sled frames are more stable but put a leg somewhere. The specification tab and the photographs show the leg positions, and it is worth laying them against your seating plan.
Can it match the rest of the office?
Yes, the finishes here run through our desking too, so a boardroom can be specified in the same wood or white as the floor outside it. Frame colour is chosen separately, so the top and the base do not have to agree.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is free on everything, and most of it lands inside a week. Express delivery is offered on much of the range, priced per item on the product page, and gets an order to you within two working days if you place it before 5pm. Nine of the 21 products here are made to order rather than stocked, and those take 10 to 15 working days. The product page says which, and shows the date it will arrive by before you pay.
Do you offer installation?
Yes, on everything here. The crew deliver it, build it, put it where you want it and take the packaging away. It starts at £25.95 an item and the exact price is on each product page. Installs usually happen within about 10 working days, and the team agree the day with you rather than simply turning up.
Does it come assembled?
Most of it arrives flat-packed, with the instructions and fittings in the box. If you would rather not build it, pre-assembled delivery and installation are offered on much of the range and priced per item on the product page.
What warranty does it come with?
Guarantees across this category run from 5 to 10 years, depending on the product and the part, and the figure is on every product page. Structure, mechanism, electrics, and fabric and foam are often covered for different lengths of time. If something fails inside the warranty, report it from your order page and we deal with the manufacturer for you.
Can I see it in 3D?
Eleven of the 21 products in this category have a 3D model on the page rather than only photographs. The viewer spins the actual model, and changing a colour or a size on the page changes the model with it, which is worth doing before committing a whole room to a finish.
Can I change my mind after ordering?
On stocked items, yes: tell us within 14 days of receiving them and raise it from your order page, with the goods unused and back in their packaging. Nine of the 21 products here are made to order, though, and those cannot be cancelled once acknowledged or returned because you have changed your mind. Each product page says which it is before you buy.
Can you quote for a whole office?
Yes. For twenty items or more, or anything with a complication like a mezzanine or a lift that argues back, we plan the job and give you one quote covering the goods, delivery and installation. Ring 0208 138 0512 or email [email protected] with a rough list or a floor plan.
