Do I need a headrest?

It helps if you recline, take a lot of calls, or are tall enough that a standard backrest stops at your shoulder blades. Sitting upright at a keyboard, you will barely touch it. It is a comfort feature rather than a posture one.

Do they adjust?

Most do, for height, and some pivot so the angle can be set too. A fixed headrest at the wrong height is worse than none, so if the chair will be shared, check the specification tab for adjustment before ordering.

Can I add a headrest to a chair I already have?

Only if it was designed to take one, because it needs a mounting point on the backrest. We sell replacement headrests for specific ranges and the page names them. Photograph the top of your backrest and send it over if you are not sure.

Is this page kept up to date?

It is a live cut of the catalogue rather than a hand-written list, so it always shows what we can actually supply today. There are 17 chairs on it at the moment, from £116. Anything out of stock is hidden, so if you can see it and add it to a basket, we can get it.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is free on everything, and most of it lands inside a week. Express delivery is offered on much of the range, priced per item on the product page, and gets an order to you within two working days if you place it before 5pm. Seven of the 17 products here are made to order rather than stocked, and those take 10 to 15 working days. The product page says which, and shows the date it will arrive by before you pay.

What warranty does it come with?

Each product carries the manufacturer's warranty and the period is stated on that product's page, often broken down by part: the structure for one length of time, the mechanism and the fabric for another. If something fails inside the warranty, report it from your order page and we deal with the manufacturer for you.

Can I see it in 3D?

Eight of the 17 products in this selection have a 3D model on the page rather than only photographs. The viewer spins the actual model, and changing a colour or a size on the page changes the model with it, which is worth doing before committing a whole room to a finish.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

On stocked items, yes: tell us within 14 days of receiving them and raise it from your order page, with the goods unused and back in their packaging. Nine of the 17 products here are made to order, though, and those cannot be cancelled once acknowledged or returned because you have changed your mind. Each product page says which it is before you buy.

Can you quote for a whole office?
