Not necessarily. They are separate things: the back height is where the backrest stops, and the headrest is an extra piece above it. Some chairs here include one, some offer it as an option, and the product page says which.

Express delivery is offered on much of the range, priced per item on the product page, and gets an order to you within two working days if you place it before 5pm. 64 of the 113 products here are made to order rather than stocked, and those take 10 to 15 working days. The product page says which, and shows the date it will arrive by before you pay.

Each product carries the manufacturer's warranty and the period is stated on that product's page, often broken down by part: the structure for one length of time, the mechanism and the fabric for another. If something fails inside the warranty, report it from your order page and we deal with the manufacturer for you.

79 of the 113 products in this selection have a 3D model on the page rather than only photographs. The viewer spins the actual model, and changing a colour or a size on the page changes the model with it, which is worth doing before committing a whole room to a finish.

On stocked items, yes: tell us within 14 days of receiving them and raise it from your order page, with the goods unused and back in their packaging. 63 of the 113 products here are made to order, though, and those cannot be cancelled once acknowledged or returned because you have changed your mind.
