Seat and adjustment
49cm wide seat with gas height adjustment, 41cm to 51cm. A generous seat and a wide height range, so feet sit flat whatever your height.
Seat slide, 45cm to 48cm depth. Slide the seat to match your leg length, so thighs get full support without pressure behind the knees.
Synchronised tilt with anti-shock. Seat and back recline together naturally, and the backrest never springs forward when you release.
Tilt tension adjustment. Dial the recline resistance to suit your build.
Backrest and posture support
Adaptive backrest pivot system. The back tilts and turns with your shoulders, keeping support in contact as you move.
High mesh back, 47.5cm wide. Breathable support for the whole back that keeps air moving through long sessions.
Adjustable lumbar support. Tune the lower back pressure to your posture and preference.
Optional adjustable headrest. Add proper neck support for reclined working; choose the chair with or without.

Soft padded height adjustable arms included. Height adjusts from 63cm to 68.5cm so elbows sit supported at desk height, with padding that is kind on forearms.

Good ergonomic chair for the price
The twist mechanism lets the back follow you when you turn which is more useful than I expected. Mesh is cool. Arms are fixed height on ours which is the one thing I would change.
