Seat and height adjustment
Gas seat height adjustment, 45cm to 54cm. A wide range that keeps feet flat and thighs level for shorter and taller users alike.
Seat slide with a 46cm to 49cm depth range. Slide the seat forwards or back so legs get full support without pressure behind the knees.
49cm wide seat. A generous sitting area with room to shift position through a long day.
Backrest and posture support
Height adjustable high back, 47cm wide. Ratchets up and down so support sits exactly where your spine needs it.

The 5D arms are brilliant
Being able to move the arms in every direction sounds like overkill until you have them. I have set mine so my elbows are supported while typing and my shoulders have stopped aching. Well built chair.
