What is the difference between the lock types?
A key lock is simple, cheap to replace and needs somebody to hold the key. An electronic lock uses a code, so there is no key to lose and the code can be changed when somebody leaves, which on a shared unit is the practical advantage.
Which should I choose?
Key locks for anything one person is responsible for. Electronic for shared storage, or anywhere staff turn over and re-keying a bank of units would be a nuisance. For safes, check what your insurer expects before choosing.
What if we lose the key or forget the code?
Get in touch with the product details. Most contract locks are keyed to a code stamped on the lock or the key, so a replacement can usually be supplied, and it is quicker if you have the number. Keep the spare somewhere other than the office.
Is this page kept up to date?

How long does delivery take?

What warranty does it come with?
Each product carries the manufacturer's warranty and the period is stated on that product's page, often broken down by part: the structure for one length of time, the mechanism and the fabric for another. If something fails inside the warranty, report it from your order page and we deal with the manufacturer for you.
Can I change my mind after ordering?
On stocked items, yes: tell us within 14 days of receiving them and raise it from your order page, with the goods unused and back in their packaging. Most of this range is made to order, though, and made-to-order goods cannot be cancelled once acknowledged or returned because you have changed your mind. Each product page says which it is before you buy.
Can you quote for a whole office?
