D-End Boardroom Tables

D-end boardroom tables and their curved relations: Italia trumpet base tops, Oslo ovals and semi-circle training tables. Sixteen of them in all, priced from £48.

Sixteen tops here carry a curve of some sort. Italia's trumpet base table and the Oslo oval are with the boardroom tables. The semi-circles and trapeziums are in the training room range. Those same trapeziums turn up again as breakout tables. Folding versions of both sit with the flip-top frames. Taking the corners off does more for a tense meeting than the agenda ever does.

Clear the shape filter and every straight-edged top returns alongside these. Your other choices survive it. Size, finish, base type and budget carry on narrowing from there. Prices sit between £48 and £685, and two of the sixteen are height adjustable. The folding and flip-top models stow flat against a wall between sessions. The fixed leg boardroom tables very plainly do not.

Frequently asked questions

When is a curved & d-end top the right choice?

For a boardroom that should not look like a canteen. The curved ends soften a long table and give the people at the ends a better view down it, without losing much seating.

How many people will it seat?

Allow 60cm to 70cm of edge per person and leave room to pull a chair back. A 180cm rectangular table seats six comfortably, eight at a squeeze, and the squeeze is always more obvious in the room than on the plan.

Will there be a leg where somebody wants to sit?

The question to ask on anything over about 160cm. Post and pedestal bases keep the edge clear; box and sled frames are more stable but put a leg somewhere. The specification tab and the photographs show the positions.

Is this page kept up to date?

It is a live cut of the catalogue rather than a hand-written list, so it always shows what we can actually supply today. There are 19 tables on it at the moment, from £48. Anything out of stock is hidden, so if you can see it and add it to a basket, we can get it.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is free on everything, and most of it lands inside a week. Express delivery is offered on much of the range, priced per item on the product page, and gets an order to you within two working days if you place it before 5pm. Six of the 19 products here are made to order rather than stocked, and those take 10 to 15 working days. The product page says which, and shows the date it will arrive by before you pay.

What warranty does it come with?

Guarantees across this selection run from 5 to 10 years, depending on the product and the part, and the figure is on every product page. Structure, mechanism, electrics, and fabric and foam are often covered for different lengths of time. If something fails inside the warranty, report it from your order page and we deal with the manufacturer for you.

Can I see it in 3D?

Five of the 19 products in this selection have a 3D model on the page rather than only photographs. The viewer spins the actual model, and changing a colour or a size on the page changes the model with it, which is worth doing before committing a whole room to a finish.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

On stocked items, yes: tell us within 14 days of receiving them and raise it from your order page, with the goods unused and back in their packaging. Six of the 19 products here are made to order, though, and those cannot be cancelled once acknowledged or returned because you have changed your mind. Each product page says which it is before you buy.

Can you quote for a whole office?

Yes. For twenty items or more, or anything with a complication like a mezzanine or a lift that argues back, we plan the job and give you one quote covering the goods, delivery and installation. Ring 0208 138 0512 or email [email protected] with a rough list or a floor plan.
