Each product carries the manufacturer's warranty and the period is on that product's page, often broken down by part. If something fails inside the warranty, report it from your order page and we deal with the manufacturer for you.

On stocked items, yes: tell us within 14 days of receiving them and raise it from your order page, with the goods unused and back in their packaging. Made-to-order goods cannot be cancelled once acknowledged or returned because you have changed your mind, and each product page says which it is before you buy.
