Twin electric motors, one in each leg, drive the Air smoothly and quietly through a large 66.5cm to 131.5cm range at 38mm per second, which covers seated work for shorter users to full standing height for the tallest. The 120kg weight capacity is a premium rating with headroom for multiple monitors and heavy kit, and the 700mm deep leg frame plants the desk firmly, extending beyond the top on the 600mm deep version for extra stability.

Safety features as standard

A moving desk should look after the room around it. The Air carries an adjustable anti-collision sensor that stops the top when it meets an obstacle, an anti-trap safety stop, and a lockable handset with child-lock for offices that double as homes. Upper and lower height limits keep the travel clear of shelving and windowsills, the digital LED display reads in centimetres or inches, and there is a handy USB-A port integrated in the handset.

Sized and finished for your office

Four widths from 120cm to 180cm and two depths, 60cm or 80cm, fit the Air to anything from a box-room study to a full workstation. The 25mm top comes in 7 finishes, from White and Black to Oak, Walnut, Beech, Maple and Grey Oak, on a Black, Silver or White frame. Optional cable ports keep leads tidy through the top, and an optional sleek steel modesty panel adds privacy to a desk that faces the room.

    Best desk I have owned

    Dual motor makes it quick and it does not wobble at standing height, which was my worry after the last one. I am 6ft 3 and it goes high enough with room to spare. Assembly took about forty minutes on my own.
